You can initiate a return or exchange for your unworn product within 20 days of your delivery date. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: • All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original barcoded packaging. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only. • All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. How to Start a Return or Exchange: • Click on "Start A Return" to receive your QR code or shipping label. • Drop off your package at your local UPS or FedEx location. Return Shipping Costs: • If you opted for Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return or exchange will be free of charge. • For orders without Free Returns + Package Protection, return shipping costs will apply.
