Return Policy At Merlin Apparels, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re here to help. You can initiate a return or exchange for your unworn product within 20 days of your delivery date. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges: • All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original barcoded packaging. • Shipping costs are non-refundable. • Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment only. • All accessory items, including masks, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. How to Start a Return or Exchange: • Click on "Start A Return" to receive your QR code or shipping label. • Drop off your package at your local UPS or FedEx location. Return Shipping Costs: • If you opted for Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout, your return or exchange will be free of charge. • For orders without Free Returns + Package Protection, return shipping costs will apply.
